What Every Patio Includes
Every paver patio we build includes:
Digging out the area, and hauling away what comes out
An 8-inch base, compacted every 2 inches
All materials: the pavers, the gravel and the polymeric sand for the joints
Reasonable repair of any lawn our equipment crosses during the install
A patio can also include a fire pit, seat walls, columns, steps and lighting, each listed on your estimate as its own line.
From Estimate to Finished Patio
We visit your yard, talk through how you want to use the space, and measure it. You then receive a written estimate, which is good for 10 days. A 50% deposit reserves your place on our schedule and lets us order materials, and the balance is billed as the work is completed.
