What we collect.

When you request an estimate through our form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, address, how you heard about us, the services you are interested in, and your message.

When you call, text or email us, or use the chat on our website: the details you give us and your messages.

When you visit our website: our website and the services we use record information such as your browser, your device and the pages you visit, using cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel described below.
How we use it. We use your information to reply to you, schedule estimate visits, prepare estimates and invoices, schedule and carry out our work, keep records of our work with you, and contact you about your estimate or service. We use website visit information to understand how our website is used and, when we advertise, to measure our ads and show them to people who may be interested.
Who we share it with. We share your information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only for that purpose, and with Meta through the Meta Pixel described below. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages. If you agree to receive text messages from us, we will text you about your estimate, your appointments and your service, and, only if you agree to that separately, about offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of a purchase. Our Terms describe our text messages in full.
Email. We email you about your estimate and your service. Any marketing email from us includes a way to unsubscribe, we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days, and we never sell or transfer your email address.
Cookies, the Meta Pixel and your choices. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook). We may use pixels, web beacons and other storage technologies from third parties, including Meta, to collect or receive information from our website and elsewhere on the internet, and those third parties, including Meta, use that information to provide measurement services and to target and deliver ads. This means Meta may collect information about your activity on our website over time and across other websites. You can opt out of the collection and use of information for ad targeting at optout.aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu, and through your Facebook ad settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals from browsers.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information. To see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave us, please contact us at the phone number, email or address above. We keep the records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes.
Changes to this policy. If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
